• Fraudulent Website The website nathanielcapitalpartners.com is not affiliated with Kestrel Capital (East Africa) Ltd in any way. Any claim of a “strategic partnership” with Kestrel Capital on that platform is false and entirely unauthorised.
• Unauthorised Individuals Individuals presenting themselves as “Florence Wamalwa,” assistants to “Professor Nathaniel Kimani,” or representatives of any of the entities named above are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Kestrel Capital (East Africa) Ltd.
• No Guaranteed Returns Kestrel Capital (East Africa) Ltd does not offer guaranteed daily returns or risk-free AI investment funds.
